The Do Dham Yatra is a spiritually enriching journey covering Kedarnath (the sacred Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva) and Badrinath (the holy abode of Lord Vishnu). This pilgrimage offers devotees the divine opportunity to seek blessings at these two revered shrines while experiencing the serene beauty of the Himalayas, glaciers, and sacred rivers.

• Kedarnath: The journey begins with a drive to Guptkashi followed by a trek or helicopter ride to Kedarnath Temple. Nestled in the Garhwal Himalayas, this temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and holds immense spiritual significance.
• Badrinath: After Kedarnath, the pilgrimage continues to Badrinath Temple, a sacred shrine dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Pilgrims take a dip in the Tapt Kund hot springs before visiting the temple. Nearby attractions like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, and Bhim Pul add to the spiritual experience.

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining amount must be paid 7 days before departure.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash.
• Booking is subject to confirmation upon full payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: 80% refund of the total package cost.
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• No refunds will be provided in case of cancellations due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions. Alternative arrangements will be made if possible.

3. Travel & Weather Conditions

• Travel is subject to weather conditions and road accessibility.
• Helicopter services for Kedarnath are dependent on weather. In case of cancellations, alternative travel plans will be arranged, but refunds will not be issued.
• The company is not responsible for delays or itinerary changes due to landslides, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Health & Safety

• Due to high-altitude travel, good physical fitness is recommended.
• Travelers with heart issues, asthma, or high blood pressure should consult a doctor before booking.
• A medical fitness certificate may be required for helicopter travel or trekking.
• Carrying a personal medical kit and warm clothing is advised.

5. Accommodation & Meals

• Accommodation will be provided in standard hotels, guesthouses, or camps on a twin/triple sharing basis.
• Rooms are subject to availability and may vary based on location.
• Only vegetarian meals will be provided as per pilgrimage norms.

6. Transport & Luggage

• Travelers are advised to carry light luggage, as large suitcases may not be accommodated in all vehicles.
• Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary; any personal travel expenses will be borne by the traveler.
• In case of vehicle breakdowns or unforeseen delays, alternative arrangements will be made.

7. Liability & Responsibility

• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, injuries, or illnesses during the trip.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
• Any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, or other properties by the traveler must be compensated by the traveler.

8. Special Notes

• VIP Darshan is subject to temple administration rules and availability.
• Mobile network coverage may be limited in high-altitude areas.
• Alcohol and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited during the pilgrimage.
